Mid-Week Bible Study
Mid-Week Bible Study for adults is on Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:30pm in the FLC. We are studying the life of Joseph as recorded in the book of Genesis. A Zoom option is also available for those who wish to join us from home. Come and explore the Word with us.
Awana Valentines Project
The Awana group is collecting food items for a ministry in West Virginia that works with people who are in severe poverty. If you would like to join them in this project, see the bulletin for a list of items. Please see Rhonda Cleary if you need more information.
Men’s Fellowship Breakfast
Sunday February 1st all men are invited to join us for a Men’s Fellowship breakfast of biscuits & coffee at 7:30am in the Children’s Church Room #101 which will include a short devotional focused on Godly men. Donations to help with the biscuits are appreciated. Men are encouraged to bring their sons and other young men to join us. Come and get to know your brothers in Christ and be blessed!
Prayer Buddies
You are invited to reconnect with your Prayer Buddy or if you don’t have a Prayer Buddy, be paired up with someone from a different generation. Join us Sunday, February 1st from 11:30 to 1pm to reconnect with your Prayer Buddy. Bring your lunch and enjoy the fellowship.
Mom’s Night Out
We would like to invite you to a Mom’s Night Out at La Carretta’s in Bermuda Run Friday, February 8th at 6: 30pm. Come and enjoy some female fellowship with other ladies from the church. Please call or text Jessica Gwyn (336-792-4977) to let her know if you will be coming.
Come to Breakfast
You are invited to come to breakfast on Sunday, February 22nd at 9am. (There will be no Sunday that day) This Breakfast is free and is hosted by Chad Thurlo. It is meant to be a time to fellowship with your bothers and sisters in Christ around the breakfast table. Mark your calendars and plan to join us.
Davie County School Prayer Walk
We welcome all churches in the Davie County area to participate in prayer walks at all the Davie school campuses. Please come to any Davie County School campus on Sunday, February 22 at 3pm to join. There will be prayer guides available.
9” Chicken Pies $15
The SonShine Servants’ deep dish chicken pies are now available for pickup. Ask any SonShine Servant and they can point you in the right direction.
Monthly Mission Moment – FCA – Joey Yokeley – Area Director
FCA- Sam & Hannah Ehst – Area Reps
FCA is a community working to see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes. Their goal is to see every coach and athlete enter a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church. FCA seeks to make disciples through engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to know and grow in Christ and lead others to do the same. We support Joey Yokeley as area director and Sam & Hannah Ehst as area representatives in their ministry with Fellowship of Christian Athletes through prayer and monthly support.
He Brews Coffee Bar
The youth open their coffee bar Sundays at 8:30am. Come early, get your coffee, and support our youth.
New Canaan Society of Davie
All men are invited to come to the Davie County New Canaan Society meeting this Thursday at 7am at 801 Southern Kitchen. This is a Christian fellowship for men where men share their personal testimony and prayer. For more information, see Jay Abernethy.
Youth News – Wednesdays – 6:30pm
A Storehouse for Jesus needs includes (Urgent Need) Children’s clothing sizes 6 to 14. They also need shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes and bar soap. As well as the continued need for Plastic Grocery Bags, Cereal, Saltine Crackers, Canned Meat, Canned Fruit, Canned Soup. Place your donations in the labeled bin next to the Lost and Found. A Storehouse for Jesus is also in need of volunteers. If you would like to be a part of this team, please contact them at 336-753-8081.

For Children – Grades K to 5th Resuming their journey through the Bible with the New Testament in room #109
